Thermal Bake Oven Cleaning and Spraywash Cleaning

Here at PMI we’re very proud of our Thermal Cleaning System (a.k.a. “the bake oven”). This cleaning system has been around for decades, but is making a comeback today due to the strict DNR guidelines regarding the use of cleaning with chemicals.

The Bake Oven does an awesome job cleaning your cast-iron and aluminum engine components and other parts as well. Not only does it clean the outside of the engine, it also cleans the water jackets and oil galleys. (Note: It is necessary to remove and replace ALL plugs and restrictions in order to do a thorough cleaning.) The Bake Oven produces a product that, after the machine work is done, is very difficult to differentiate from a brand new casting!

We have cleaned blocks varying from 1 cylinder Kohler up to V-12 Caterpillar. We can also clean miscellaneous metal parts such as differential rear-end housings, transfer case housings, tractor transmission cast-iron cases, front and rear covers like for a 60 series Detroit, and much more. As for aluminum components, we have cleaned engine blocks, cylinder heads & covers and even cleaned some E85 and diesel intake manifolds on Ford and GM vehicles.
