Cylinder Head Reconditioning
PMI works on all kinds of cylinder heads and L-Head Blocks. From ATV, Harley Davidson, and lawn mowers to Large Cat, Cummins, Detroit, and Macks, we can provide your cylinder head repairs. We can do them stock or performance, and we don’t grind any of our seats. We use multi-angle cutters on almost everything! Antique to modern, gas and diesel, propane or natural gas, PMI is here to meet your needs. We can replace many different injector sleeves, tubes, and cups in various diesel engines. We also have a Profilameter to be able to achieve the right surface finish for your application.
Cylinder Head / Block Magnaflux and Pressure Testing
PMI pressure tests and Magnaflux blocks, cylinder heads, some oil coolers and marine exhaust manifolds.
We also have the capability to pressure test V12 Caterpillar blocks.
Cylinder Head Resurfacing
We can resurface many different components in an engine. Cylinder heads, exhaust sides, exhaust manifolds, fuel rails, intake manifolds, piston tops, and more.
